The company is now looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Assistant to join their team.
They are looking for a customer service assistant to manage the day to day of processing sales, advising customers and solving issues. In this role, you will:
* Process web sales from our site and other marketplaces
* Advising and help customers over the phone and on email
* Chasing customers for details required to fulfil order
* Ordering stock from suppliers
* Creating social media posts to promote our products and services
* Managing the backend of the website and other marketplaces
Candidate Requirements:
Essential:
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* A customer-first mindset with genuine empathy
* Following training, the ability to explain technical concepts simply
Preferred:
* Previous experience in customer service
* Experience with air conditioning/prior knowledge
