The successful candidate will be responsible for Inclusion across our school. You must have: • An outstanding attitude and commitment to going over and above to support the progress and attainment of pupils. • A proven successful record of teaching experiences and evidence of leadership experience. • An ambitious, reflective outlook and commitment to continuous professional development. • Sound knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and knowledge of current educational developments, initiatives and trends around SEND and disadvantaged learners. • Excellent communication skills, organisation, professionalism and the ability to work as part of a hard working team.
