What you’ll do:
1. Manage calendars for Associates and Managing Directors
2. Schedule meetings and calls across multiple time zones
3. Organise domestic and international travel
4. Handle expenses, invoices, and general admin
5. Support the team with queries and ad-hoc tasks
6. Cover phones and holidays when needed
What we’re looking for:
7. 2+ years’ experience as an assistant/coordinator (diary management essential)
8. Confident communicator, organised, and proactive
9. Comfortable working in a fast-paced professional, corporate environment
About the role:
10. – month assignment (initial 6 months)
11. 5 days/week, hours
12. £ - inclusive of holiday
