We are looking for exceptional Assistant Managers at SticksnSushi!
£40-£44k per annum inclusive of tronc (every penny of the service charge is shared between the team in the restaurant)
Full-time role, 45 hours a week

About the role

The right attitude is a must, experience is not always the most important thing. The ideal Assistant Manager candidate will:
Be fluent in English
Have already been working as a Floor Manager or Assistant Manager in a busy environment
Have an eye for detail; always upholding the highest standards and ensuring every shift is in the very safest pair of hands.
Be a great leader who really cares about people. Your nurturing approach will make coaching and developing other members of the team a natural focus.
Have a Ja Tak attitude (Ja Tak is a Danish phrase meaning "Yes, Thank you")
Have a genuine commitment to making people happy - guest and team alike to ensure you have one of the happiest teams in the business and guests that turn into regulars and regulars into friends.
