TENANCY SUPPORT WORKER (HOUSING)
Location Base: North Down and Ards Area

Hours: This position may be appointed as either a single 36-hour post or two 18-hour posts, or on a job-share basis, subject to suitable applications.
Salary Range: £24,472 - £25,108
Starting Salary: £11,746.56 (Based on 18 hours per week)
Duration: Fixed Term until 28th February 2028
Closing date: 12 noon, Wednesday 11th March 2026
All our roles make a positive impact on the lives of others; the purpose of this role is to:
Provide Tenancy Support Service to a range of clients within the North Down & Ards Area area, liaising with referral agents within the Northern Ireland Housing Executive and other key stakeholders, and ensuring delivery of person-centred, high-quality support.
What we ask for from you:
* Level 2 Essential Skills in Maths and English or GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English.
* Able to demonstrate a minimum of 3 to 6 months recent experience, providing housing support to people within the community in a paid or voluntary capacity.
OR
Demonstrate a minimum of 6 months experience of providing support in a paid or voluntary capacity in another community or care setting.
* To be willing to work flexibly which may include days & evenings and participate in the on call rota
* NISCC Registration or eligible to be registered from commencement of role
