Early Years Teaching Assistant - Full-Time | Primary School | Bispham
Location: Bispham
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm (Term-Time Only)
Start Date: September 2025
Role Overview
You'll be part of a supportive EYFS team, working closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences. Your role will be key in helping children develop socially, emotionally, and academically during their early school years.
Responsibilities
* Support children's learning and development in line with the EYFS curriculum
* Help plan and deliver creative and age-appropriate activities
* Maintain a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment
* Observe and record children's progress to inform planning and assessments
* Work collaboratively with staff and parents to support individual needs
What We're Looking For
* A Level 3 qualification in Early Years (e.g. CACHE Level 3 Diploma or equivalent)
* Experience working in a school-based EYFS setting
* Good understanding of child development and safeguarding procedures
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A nurturing, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
