Description
* Oversee payroll delivery for employees in London and Dublin, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Act as a go‑to expert for payroll processes and systems, providing guidance and troubleshooting when needed.
* Monitor and maintain compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies.
* Partner with policy and process owners to ensure systems and procedures meet legislative standards.
* Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing payroll services, including process optimization and system upgrades.
A Successful Payroll Assistant Should Have
* Previous experience in payroll processing for UK and Ireland within the financial services industry.
* Knowledge of payroll systems and relevant software – ideally SDWorx.
* Understanding of tax regulations and statutory deductions.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
* Excellent communication skills for handling payroll queries.
* A proactive and collaborative approach to work.
Job Offer
* £190 - £250 per day PAYE.
* 2/3 days per week in the office.
