Key Responsibilities Research and develop employment policies that reflect best practice and legal compliance Collaborate with HR teams and Trade Unions to ensure effective consultation and implementation Drive inclusive communication strategies using digital tools Evaluate policy impact and recommend improvements Champion equality, diversity, and inclusion through policy design Skills and Experience Ability to research, draft, and evaluate employment policies aligned with legislation and strategic goals. Skilled in interpreting data, legislation, and feedback to inform policy decisions.
