The Team
The Operations Insights & Improvements team is at the heart of easyJet’s analytics function, delivering data products and solutions that empower business users across the entire Operations domain. From Engineering and Ground Ops to Crew Planning and Ops Strategy, we work with a wide range of stakeholders to drive operational performance and shape the future of our data strategy.
The Role
As an Ops Business Intelligence Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our operational needs by analysing and reporting on business performance data. You’ll develop reports, visualisations, and presentations that turn complex data into actionable insights, helping key stakeholders make informed decisions. You’ll also:
ØSupport and grow the BI Analyst community, championing best practices and data fluency
ØAnalyse complex datasets and perform ad-hoc analysis to answer business questions
ØWork with senior team members to establish and monitor KPIs and other performance metrics
ØDesign and deliver technical training for analytical tools and ways of working
ØCommunicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
ØEnsure data tools and reports are well-documented and accessible
ØManage multiple projects independently, delivering accurate and impactful results
