Location: Billingham Start Date: October Position: SEND Teaching Assistant (Full-time/Part-time roles available) Pay: £90-£100 a day About the Role: Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEND, helping them achieve their full potential Assist in delivering tailored learning activities and interventions Support classroom management to create a positive and inclusive environment Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to meet individual pupil needs Help prepare resources and support the implementation of EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans) Are you: Passionate about supporting children with additional needs? Patient, empathetic, and able to build trusting relationships with pupils? A good communicator and team player who can work collaboratively? Experienced working with SEND children, or enthusiastic to learn and develop in this role?
