Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Producing outstanding written reports based on nursing assessments and observations.
2. Working closely with the management team to develop the service, audit, and improve quality.
3. Attending all training and engaging in CPD to further your knowledge and promote nursing standards.
4. Ensuring that individual care plans are complete and maintained in collaboration with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals, under NMC guidelines.
5. Administering medicines within healthcare procedures and guidelines.

About you:
An experienced RMN/RNLD with a current Pin Number. You will have:
* Essential: Ability to maintain documentation, undertake audits, and demonstrate integrity.
* A good understanding of the latest nursing practices.
* A commitment to patient recovery to effectively monitor, manage, and reduce risks.
* Compassion, resilience, and dedication to empowering and supporting service user independence.
Desirable qualities include the ability to deputise in a clinical lead role and an interest in leadership, research, and assessment.
