The Lift & Escalator Engineer Role:
This role will see you responsible for the efficientmaintenance and repairof a well-maintained portfolio of lifts and escalators within a single high-profile building.
As a competentdual-trained engineer,you will carry out service and repair work on passenger lifts, goods lifts, and escalators.
* Carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance on all on-site lift and escalator equipment.
* Report service issues, repairs and defects to support continuous improvement and safety enhancement.
* Complete maintenance schedules in line with the sites Service Contracts.
