As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you'll deliver exceptional service across all dining venues within the spa. You will have a natural way with people, bring passion and energy, and an eye for detail ensuring every guest feels special from the first bite to the last sip.

Role Specification:
* Deliver warm, efficient, and professional guest service at all times
* Assist with setting up and closing down restaurant areas according to service standards and function requirements
* You will be able to answer guest queries in a polite and helpful manner
* Confidently run your own section during breakfast, afternoon tea, lunch or dinner service
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation across both front and back-of-house areas
* Support your team and attend refresher training as required to maintain high standards
Personal Specification:
Essentials
* Previous experience in a hospitality or food and beverage role
* Good understanding of food hygiene and quality standards
* Able to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced envrionment
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Positive attitude with a strong team ethic
Desirables
* Experience working in high-volume dining settings
* Food Safety training or certification
