Nexter Recruitment is currently appointing 5 dedicated Early Years Professionals to join our specialist Luton team. We are a dedicated Early Years agency focused exclusively on providing high-standard, pedagogical support to premier Private Day Nurseries across Luton (LU1, LU2, LU3) and Dunstable.

Requirements
Candidate Requirements: To ensure the highest standards of Early Years delivery, we require:
1. Specialist Experience: A minimum of 3 months’ recent, paid experience within a UK Private Day Nursery setting (Ages 0-5).
2. Professional Practice: A proactive approach to the daily nursery routine, including supporting all aspects of personal care, hygiene, and learning-through-play.
3. Compliance: An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is essential for immediate placement.
4. Communication: Fluent English to support and model language development for children in the EYFS bracket.

The Hourly Rates (Weekly Pay):
* Level 3 Early Years Practitioner: £14.00 per hour
* Level 2 Early Years Practitioner: £13.00 per hour
* Early Years Assistant (Experience Required): £12.25 per hour
