Administration Assistant - Wirral - upto £28k - Permanent - Full Time
Working with an established local business, we are recruiting for an experienced administrator to join an organisation who really make a difference. Supporting the Operations Director, the successful candidate with have excellent attention to detail, confident on all Microsoft Packages, in particular Word and Excel.
Duties include:
Coordinating all travel and accommodation across the UK
Managing and organising multiple online diaries
Formatting and proof reading documents and reports
Updating, amending and populating documentation
Updating internal systems and carrying out complex data entry
Ensuring compliance at all times for both the business and its staff
Supporting with staff paperwork such as DBS checks, qualification checking etc..
This role requires a candidate with proven administrative experience, who is keen to support the ever-changing needs of a business. Youll need to be well organised, able to spin many plates at once, and not shy away from a challenge. The role requires a candidate with a C or above in English and Math.
