You're the friendly face of KFC, welcoming guests with energy and a genuine smile. You’ll guide guests through the menu, showcase promos, and help them order with confidence.
Responsibilities
* Welcome guests and make them feel valued from the moment they walk in.
* Know the menu inside out; answer questions, promote promos, and help guests pick what’s right for them.
* Make tech easy for guests by guiding them to kiosks or the app and showing how to customise and order.
* Keep things moving: monitor the crowd, reduce wait times, and communicate order status to guests.
* Handle complaints calmly and professionally, fixing what you can and looping in a Team Leader or GM when needed.
* Demonstrate great communication—friendly, clear, and confident with everyone.
* Think fast and stay composed when things go wrong; find solutions quickly.
* Be tech savvy and able to explain digital ordering without stress.
