Pay Rates & Shifts as a Warehouse Operative: You will be working 5 days out of 7, this is not Monday to Friday DAY SHIFT RATE: (6am-2pm) from£12.45 to £20.55 per hour Weekdays:£12.45p/h| Weekends£14.32p/h BACK SHIFT RATE: (2pm-10pm) from£14.32 to £20.55 per hour Weekdays:£14.32p/h| Weekends£16.19 p/h NIGHT SHIFT: (10pm-6am) from£14.78 to £20.55 per hour Weekdays:£15.57p/h| Weekends£17.44p/h Your role as a Warehouse Operative: Pick items using a voice activated pick system Operate LLOP (full training provided) Maintain and support wider team to ensure high standards of housekeeping and Health & Safety. Achieve pick rate targets set for the team 90% Contribute to performance and productivity targets set for staff. Remain focused under pressure in a time-sensitive environment.
