Night Support Worker – Permanent, 37 hours per week, Night shift (09:30 pm – 09:00 am) with a 4‑on‑4‑off pattern, located at Elizabeth House, Nottingham.
The role is part of a dedicated night team that provides a safe, supportive environment for people overcoming homelessness and complex challenges. The service is delivered by the charity Framework, which offers housing, health, employment, support and care services to a diverse range of needs.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Ensure that clients and the building are safe and secure.
* Record and share relevant information with co‑workers and managers.
* Work with support planners to build the skills and confidence of service users, empowering them to maximise independence.
* Maintain the health and safety of the general building, including regular checks and reporting issues.
* Deliver a service that maintains a safe environment and contributes to the achievement of contractual service obligations.
* Work in partnership with other agencies to maximise service delivery.
* Build effective relationships with service users referred into and living at the service, whilst maintaining boundaries with calm and consistent professional practice.
* Complete welfare checks and resident at‑risk checks.
* Ad‑hoc tasks such as paperwork, filing, printing and keeping areas tidy.
