We are seeking a talented account manager who wants to work in an environment that offers learning opportunities to help them grow and develop their career in the SaaS software industry.
This revenue-generating role involves developing and maintaining excellent relationships with new and existing clients. Your main focus will be to address customers' needs and concerns promptly and effectively to foster strong relationships, leading to increased business and client retention.
Key responsibilities include:
* Building rapport with clients to proactively maintain and develop relationships.
* Achieving targets for inbound and outbound call performance.
* Promoting products and services to existing clients and identifying upselling opportunities.
* Handling objections to explore and resolve cancellations.
* Providing updates and online overviews of additional functionalities.
Candidate requirements:
* Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment, with a focus on sales or customer service.
* Sales and sales forecasting experience.
* Inquisitive, quick to learn, and well-organized.
* Ability to understand clients' needs and match them to appropriate solutions.
