The Job

Responsibilities & Requirements
* Collaborate with the Head Chef to plan and execute menu items, ensuring consistency and quality
* Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
* Supervise and lead kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed
* Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in the kitchen
* Assist in menu development, taking into consideration culinary trends and guest preferences
* Manage inventory, control costs, and ensure efficient use of resources
* Participate in the hiring and onboarding of kitchen staff
* Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the kitchen team
* Previous experience in a similar high-end restaurant as a Sous Chef
* Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends and public holidays
* You have your UK Visa / Work Permit to work in London.
