JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE: 3+ PQE
LOCATION: Essex
SALARY: Up to circa GBP 65k (DOE)
The Role
An opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join an established and well-regarded practice in Essex. You will handle a broad range of commercial property matters including landlord and tenant work, development agreements, property finance, commercial property sales and acquisitions, option agreements and promotion agreements.
The Candidate
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will be a strong team player with excellent attention to detail and possess at least 3 years PQE in handling a broad range of commercial property matters, including landlord and tenant, property finance, sales and acquisitions of commercial properties and development agreements.
The Firm
Office-based position offering a competitive salary. You will be joining a busy and supportive department with a strong local reputation and a varied caseload. This role would suit a motivated solicitor looking to further develop their career within a collaborative and professional environment.
