We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Export Manager, r esponsible for expanding the Companys international presence, building strong relationships with distributors and customers and driving overseas sales of the group products under licensee and distributor agreements.

How you'll make a difference...
Identify suitable business partners to create distributor or licences sales.
Promote brand awareness in line with corporate / marketing strategy Develop and implement export strategies to drive international growth; collaborating with internal departments to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
Build long-term relationships with international key accounts, ensuring excellent service and product support, via in person and overseas visits.
Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, terms and long-term agreements, optimising costs to ensure profitable cross-border transactions.
Ensure all export activities comply with UK and destination country trade laws, regulations and customs requirements. Manage all export documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Actively drive and increase international sales to existing and new licenses via new products not currently sold. Conduct market research to understand consumer trends, competitor activities and market potential.
Provide leadership and ongoing coaching to enhance the Sales Coordinators knowledge of Export procedures, documentation and best practises.
What you'll need: - Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong commercial awareness
- Proven ability to build and manage relationships with diverse clients, partners and internal teams
- Solid understanding of trade laws, customs, tariffs and compliance requirements
- Proficient in the analysis of market trends and sale figures
- People management experience
- A good level of organization and efficiency in planning overseas visits and diary management
- Results driven, with a desire to succeed
