Senior Marketing Events Executive
This role is available to current employees within Marketing at the University of Leeds only.
The role requires occasional weekend and evening work.
It will be based on the university campus, with options for hybrid working and flexible arrangements.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced events professional to join our busy Student Recruitment Marketing team. The role focuses on delivering undergraduate and postgraduate recruitment events and managing our pool of student ambassadors.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Events Manager, you will support the delivery of an annual programme of recruitment events, including campus-based, virtual, and hybrid activities, to engage prospective students worldwide.
You will oversee the recruitment and management of a centralised student ambassador programme.
You should have experience planning and delivering virtual and large-scale physical events. Flexibility, excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential, with a focus on customer experience.
You should be enthusiastic, proactive, and able to develop relationships with diverse stakeholders.
This role works collaboratively within a matrix team, sharing resources and adapting to strategic priorities.
The role supports targets related to student recruitment metrics, campaign performance, brand reputation, and income generation.
