Pitch is delighted to be supporting an award-winning business operating at the heart of the British design industry within optics.
Our client designs their products and works with manufacturing partners across Europe and the Far East to produce premium, cutting edge pieces. Driven by trends within the fashion industry, they have several ranges, premium licensed brands and own brands.
They are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy office and handle customer enquiries and process sales orders on time. Given the rural location of the office, you must have your own transport.
Key duties will include:
* Daily contact with customers via telephone and email.
* Using Sage to process orders and returns.
* Working with the sales teams to ensure client satisfaction at all times.
Experience needed:
* Previous experience in a customer services/telephone sales role.
* Excellent telephone manner and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
* Adaptable and highly organised.
* Working knowledge of MS Office.
This is a role Monday to Friday, from 9am – 5pm.
