Salary: £62,201 to £64,635
Location: Preston Docklands, PR2 2YQ
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Job -type: Permanent, Full time, In person.
Annual leave: 8 weeks per annum (32 days plus bank holidays)

Hexagon Care Services is a national provider of residential care, education, and therapy. With over 80 homes and schools across England, we collaborate closely with local authorities to provide specialised services, including therapeutic care, crisis intervention, and support for children and adults with an array of needs. We have 67 children’s homes, 15 schools, and 2 CQC adult provisions. Our mission is to offer safe, stable environments where service users can build resilience and develop skills for a brighter future. About the Head of Human Resources role
We are seeking to appoint a strategic HR leader with a passion for operational excellence. Looking for a dynamic Head of Human Resources to lead and evolve our services, ensuring they are consistent, efficient and commercially aligned to the organisation's key goals and objectives.
Criteria to be the Head of Human Resources:
1. Essential CIPD Level 7 Previous HR experience, as head of, manager, business partner or similar seniority, with experience of managing HR teams Experience dealing with complex disciplinary, capability and grievance issues
2. Desirable but not essential Experience of working in healthcare/education Experience of working in a large and/or multi-site organisation
