Role: Marketing Manager

Location: London (Hybrid)
Rate: £350 - £400 per day (PAYE)
As a Marketing Manager, you will spearhead the AIM (Attraction, Influence & Marketing) Journey orchestration team. We are looking for an experienced professional who is passionate about driving data-driven SEO strategies and optimizing our online presence. Key Responsibilities
Strategic SEO Leadership
* Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for global career and hiring websites.
* Establish and maintain technical SEO roadmaps with cross-functional teams.
* Lead the development and testing of AI search channels.
* Drive local SEO programs, focusing on landing page optimization.
* Implement metadata standardization to enhance rankings and click-through rates.
Technical SEO Management
* Oversee technical onsite SEO implementation and optimization.
* Conduct site migration consulting for large-scale platform transitions.
* Manage SEO requirements during CMS migrations and domain consolidations.
* Implement ethical link building strategies to boost visibility.
Content & Analytics
* Lead the content SEO strategy and multilingual content initiatives.
* Build and scale content keyword research frameworks.
* Manage SEO reporting and analytics using tools like Adobe Analytics.
* Develop A/B testing methodologies to optimize content performance.
Qualifications We're Looking For
* Advanced knowledge of technical SEO, content SEO, and local SEO.
* Proficiency in Google Marketing Platform is essential.
* Familiarity with HTML5, SQL, and REGEX is a plus.
* Experience with SEO tools like Search Console, Semrush, and Screaming Frog Crawler.
* Understanding of AI search testing and optimization.
Professional Experience
* Proven SEO experience in high-growth environments.
* A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is preferred.
* Track record managing SEO for international markets.
* Experience with successful site migrations and technical implementations.
Strategic Skills
* A data-driven decision-making approach.
* Ability to establish testing frameworks and measurement systems.
* Strong project management capabilities.
* Stakeholder communication experience is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in recruitment marketing or e-commerce sectors.
* Background working with start-ups and enterprise organizations.
* Recognition in industry awards or judging experience is beneficial.
* Freelance or consulting experience with diverse client portfolios.
Work Environment
This is a contractor position based on-site in London, UK. You will collaborate across multiple time zones and work independently while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.
