Hours: Full-Time (37.5 hours) or Part-Time (from 22.Shifts: Long Days - 7:30 AM to 9:30 PM
We're growing our team in Banbury and looking for Support Workers to join us in supporting some truly wonderful people across two neighbouring homes.
Who Will You Be Supporting?
You'll be supporting adults aged 30s to 70s with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and complex health needs. Each person has their own flat within two homes located side-by-side, creating a warm and supportive community.
These individuals lead full and varied lives-and they're looking for support workers who can help them achieve their goals and enjoy their favourite activities. So if you enjoy a splash in the pool or hydro pool, that's a bonus!
As a Support Worker, you'll be:
Daily Living Support: Assisting with personal care, mobility, medication, and meal preparation.
Supporting with hobbies, social outings, and community engagement.
Bringing energy, empathy, and encouragement to every shift.
Every day will be different-and incredibly rewarding-as you help each person live their best life.
Brings ideas and energy to every shift.
Follows support plans and ensures safety and wellbeing.
Preferred, to support with community access and outings.
Whether you're new to support work or have experience, we'll provide all the training you need to thrive in this role.
