As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced *Plant HGV Fitter* to join our close‑knit team and play a vital role in keeping our operations moving.This is a hands‑on role where your expertise will directly support our plant, transport, and site teams—maintaining a reliable fleet that underpins everything we do.*What you’ll be doing:*Servicing, maintaining, and repairing HGVs and plant machineryDiagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faultsSupporting MOTs, inspections, and statutory complianceResponding to breakdowns and minimising vehicle downtimeWorking closely with our Plant and Transport teams (reports to the Plant Manager)*What we’re looking for:*· Recognised mechanical qualification (HGV / Plant / Heavy Vehicles· Proven experience in plant or HGV maintenance· Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving skill· A reliable, safety‑first approach aligned with family‑business values*And in return:*· £/hr dependent on experience· 20 Days holiday plus 8 days public / bank holidays· Life Insurance (Death in Service Benefit). 3 x Annual Salary to beneficiary· Company Bonus Scheme· NEST Workplace Pension Salary Exchange SchemeLocation*:* Depot / site‑based (with breakdown support as required)Interested?
