The Operational Services Process Improvement Manager will lead root cause analysis and end-to-end process improvement initiatives across Operational Services, ensuring alignment with ODI, KPI, customer, environmental, and regulatory outcomes. You will manage a specialist team, turning insights from operational events into sustainable performance improvements, enhanced resilience, and measurable value for the organisation. This role requires exceptional leadership, stakeholder influence, and the ability to drive strategic change across a fast-paced operational environment. You will embed continuous improvement thinking, build cross-functional relationships, and ensure learning from operational events leads to long-term performance gains.
