We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for the role of a Band 5 Community Nurse to join our team within Adult Community Services in Wiltshire.
Base: Melksham Community Hospital
37.5 Hours per week

Melksham and Bradford on Avon Neighbourhood Team is looking for a Community Nurse to join our supportive and caring team at Melksham Hospital.
You will be expected to travel across the area as required, therefore having a driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
The community nursing team works form 7am to 10pm, 365 days a year.
Our shift pattern includes: 7AM - 3 PM, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, 10AM - 6PM and 2 PM - 10 PM

Main Responsibility
As a Community Nurse you will care for patients and their families in the way that you believe is best, delivering our high service standards, sharing best practice, and actively improving the way we work to help us continue to change things for the better. The Ideal Candidate
You will be a NMC/1stlevel registered Nurse, you will have the ability to work both independently and also as part of a wider multidisciplinary team. It is expected that youshould have strongcommunication and organisation skills and a flexible approach which will ensureyou deliver positive experiences to patients at every stage of theirhealthcare journey.
You will have a full UK driving license with access to a car for work purposes with Business insurance for the vehicle used.
You will also need to be confident using IT systems and be able to demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel.
