The Operations Support Agenet role is an exceptional opportunity to join a renowned manufacturing company and contribute to their operational excellence initiatives. As an Operations Support Agent, you will be responsible for implementing and improving the Operating System, a world-class lean manufacturing framework, within the company's Broughton site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and improve boards & routines with operational teams - Train and coach teams on AOS principles, such as Problem Solving, Kaizen, and Quality Standards - Launch and participate in management go-look-see activities, providing structured feedback - Measure and report on AOS maturity through KPIs, activities, and self-assessments - Co-facilitate AOS workshops and contribute to the development of the AOS/MES roadmap - Exchange best practices with other AOS Agents within the organization
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of AOS standards, global system view, and Operational Excellence principles - Proficient in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, with the ability to apply them effectively - Excellent coaching and tutoring skills to train FLMs, technicians, and operators on AOS and MES - Understanding of change management principles and the ability to adapt communication styles - Proven track record of providing structured feedback to leaders on routines management and performance dialogue - Ability to identify deviations from standards and propose practical recommendations
