Roofer required to work from Nottingham NG Type of Work: We are currently recruiting experienced and reliable Roofers to join a growing team working across a range of residential and commercial projects in the Nottingham region. This is a full-time, permanent position for skilled tradespeople who take pride in delivering high-quality roofing work. You will be responsible for installations, repairs, and maintenance of various roofing systems including tiles, slates, felt, and flat roofs. Shift Patterns: Monday to Friday, with standard daytime hours. Overtime opportunities may be available depending on project demands. Pay Rates £200 per day CIS Overtime opportunities available (subject to availability) Requirements All applicants must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a roofer, a valid CSCS card, and be confident working at height. Example: All applicants must be competent in roofing systems, have their own tools and PPE, and hold a full UK driving licence. Key Responsibilities Include: Install, repair, and replace roofing systems including tiles, slates, felt, and flat roofs Conduct inspections to assess damage or required repairs Ensure all roofing work is weatherproof and compliant with building regulations Use ladders, scaffolding, and roofing tools safely and effectively Collaborate with site managers and other trades to meet deadlines Maintain a clean and safe working environment on-site Follow all health and safety procedures and site protocols Deliver a high standard of workmanship with attention to detail Skills & Experience Required: Minimum 2 years roofing experience (residential or commercial) Valid CSCS card Strong understanding of roofing materials and techniques Comfortable working at height and using access equipment Knowledge of health and safety regulations Full PPE and own tools Full UK driving licence Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits Competitive daily rate Weekly pay (if applicable) Regular ongoing work Supportive site team Overtime opportunities All workers with The Staffing Network get Staffing Network Rewards offering discounts of up to 70% online and on the High Street.
