Contract: 37 hrs a week, All Year Round. Fixed Term 1 Year Maternity Cover
Salary: SFCA Pay Scale Points 8 11 (£25,330 - £27,532)

Altus Education Partnership, a growing and ambitious trust, is seeking a committed and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to support our expanding finance operations.
About the Role
As a Finance Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our financial systems across the Trust. You’ll work closely with the Head of Finance and Finance Technician to:
* Process purchase orders and invoices using IRIS Financials
* Manage supplier accounts and reconcile statements
* Oversee ParentPay and support trip accounting
* Handle cash collection and banking
* Provide frontline support on finance queries and assist in financial system maintenance
What We’re Looking For
* Experienced in using financial or computerised systems (IRIS knowledge is a bonus)
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* IT proficient, especially in Excel
* A strong team player with great communication skills
* Committed to the values and vision of Altus Education Partnership
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grade C/4 or above are essential.
