We're seeking a reliable and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a well-resourced SEN school near Godalming, Surrey. Contract: Full-time | Temp-to-Perm Start Date: September Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30-16:00 (term-time only) Pay: £13.80 - £15.80 per hour (including holiday pay) Role You'll support pupils aged 11-19 with a range of complex needs, including mental health challenges and social communication difficulties. You'll work closely with teachers and therapists to promote emotional resilience, positive behaviour, and independent learning, both in the classroom and through life-skills activities.
