Your responsibilities as Contracts Manager
* Oversee full lifecycle delivery of shopfitting and interior fit-out projects
* Develop and manage project programmes, ensuring timelines are met
* Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and on-site activity for smooth delivery
* Lead client and design meetings, resolving issues and maintaining progress
* Ensure all works meet design specifications, quality standards, and brand requirements
* Maintain strict compliance with health & safety regulations and site policies
What we’re looking for in a Contracts Manager
* Strong background in shopfitting, joinery, or interior construction
* Previous experience managing fast-track fit-out projects
* Proven ability to develop and manage detailed project programmes
* Experience coordinating subcontractors and site teams
* Full UK driving licence and ability to travel nationally
