* Have experience supporting pupils with special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or additional learning needs
* Be confident providing 1:1 and small-group support

* Share a commitment to inclusion, equality, and community values
* Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff

* Support pupils with SEN to access the curriculum and engage in learning
* Promote pupils emotional wellbeing, independence, and confidence
* Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
