13.50hrs per week; Mon 16:00 - 21:00; Tue 16:00 - 21:00; Sat 16:00 - 20:00.
Job Description
To be an effective Stock Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to prioritise achieving performance targets. Every day will be varied, fast‑paced, challenging but ultimately rewarding. People are at the heart of what we do, so your experience in providing leadership, coaching and motivating a team will be crucial to your success.
About the Role
The Stock Manager supports the growth of our online business and ensures our customers get the very best online experience and customer service. You will support and encourage your team to meet performance targets, ensuring returned items are refunded quickly or stock is packaged and ready to fulfil existing online orders.
* Support the Store management team across back‑of‑house areas and communicate effectively with the Store Manager
* Manage a team to deliver accurate stock processes in an environment that is operationally efficient, safe and where targets are met
* Create an atmosphere where supporting, motivating and inspiring your team to be at their best is at the core of everything you do
* Demonstrate a hands‑on approach for commercial and operational activities by adapting to change and working alongside the team
* Ensure communication is up‑to‑date and accurate to meet business needs
About You
* You are passionate about customers, people and products; your energetic approach inspires and motivates others.
* You are a great communicator, friendly, calm, efficient, and can work naturally with people at all levels; you stay calm and realistic under pressure.

* You are an effective multi‑tasker who can plan, organise and prioritise your workload.
