Private Client Tax Partnerships Associate Director
A leading national advisory firm is seeking an experienced tax professional to join its Private Client team as an Associate Director, specialising in Partnerships Tax. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior tax specialist to take on a strategic and client‑facing leadership role, managing a diverse portfolio of clients and leading on complex advisory projects. The role combines technical expertise with team leadership and business development responsibilities, offering scope to make a meaningful impact in a growing and collaborative environment.
This opportunity is ideal for a Private Client Tax Senior Manager looking to progress into an Associate Director role, or for an existing Associate Director seeking a new challenge.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop client relationships, acting as a primary point of contact for both existing and new clients.
* Lead advisory and technical assignments, ensuring high‑quality delivery within budget and deadlines.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and secure new business opportunities.
* Oversee and review work completed by team members, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development.
* Foster collaboration across service lines to ensure client needs are fully met.
* Contribute to team growth and workforce planning while maintaining an inclusive and supportive culture.
Requirements
* CTA and/or ACA qualified (or equivalent), or qualified by experience.
* Strong technical knowledge of partnership and private client tax matters.
* Demonstrated success in client relationship management and project delivery.
* Proven experience leading advisory projects and producing high‑quality technical reports.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative working style.
* Experience managing a portfolio of compliance and advisory projects and mentoring junior team members.
