Our client is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker to join their team, providing essential support to individuals in their homes or care settings. As a Care Worker, you will assist clients with daily tasks, promote independence, and ensure their safety and well-being. Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting.

Support clients with mobility and physical activities.

Assist with the preparation of meals and feeding when necessary.

Help with medication administration and reminders, as per care plans.

Offer emotional support and companionship to clients.

Carry out light household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping.

Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in condition.

Work in line with safeguarding policies and health & safety regulations.
Requirements:

Good communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Desirable:

Previous experience in a care or support role.

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
