Day to Day Duties
People Solutions have a new opportunity for a Business Development Executive to bring energy and passion to our client's vibrant sales team. In this role, you'll be able to make an impact fast, being central to the business development activities and leading future growth. The BDE's primary responsibility is to work for the BDM above all other Sales Team support activities.
Objectives:
Generate enquires, though the use of calls
Booking appointments
Supporting the BDM targets.
Job Challenge:
Deliver on the BDE & BDM's performance objectives for client to hit it's Sales In targets and sustain business growth through pipeline-building activities.
Main tasks:
Building relationships with architect, clients, and contractors for each opportunity via the phone.
Booking meetings for BDM.
Securing enquiries for BDM.
Executing all actions as detailed in project win maps for the 8 core customers.
Building strong relationships with all estimators from the 8 core customers.
Managing the BDM's diary.
Arranging travel.
Administrative Support, Customer relationship management system, reports.
Attending internal meetings where possible to free up BDM's time.
Key Performance Indicators:
These will include but will not be limited to.
4 enquiries per week (averaging £1m)
5 meetings booked per week for the BDM
300 Positive sales interactions a month
5 meetings booked per week with core architects
1 new account relationship built per month
By hitting these KPIs the BDE is entitled to the commission scheme.
Essential Skills
Exceptional Phone skills & experience customer service
2 years work experience in similar role
Microsoft Office systems
Note taking
Good standard of English
Strong organizational skills
Ability to communicate and receive feedback and direction from the BDM
Instinctive desire to help
Committed to delivering for the BDM & focused on results
Enjoy building relationships
Open and honest
Confident on the phone
Positive & friendly attitude (be the sunshine)

Facades Industry
Relationships with Tier 1 Contractors
What training is provided?
Full training will be provided by a senior manager.
