A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a junior PA to join a hugely successful private investment company (energy sector) based in the heart of Mayfair. Established in 2018 and thriving, they are now looking for a junior person to come in and assist the Operations Manager and EAs as well as manage their clients with an element of meet and greet. A varied role with the scope to make it your own, implement your own ideas and systems and develop/grow long term. They are supportive, collaborative, and offer a flat structure and flexible approach. Core duties will include diary management, organising travel, operations, organising events, adhoc projects, reports and much more. Will suit a polished, hardworking, committed, and flexible candidate who has a small company mentality with the willingness to learn and be part of a small but growing team. Ideally seeking circa 6-9 months admin/support experience and able to start as soon as possible.
