Our client, a leader in the Defence & Security sector, is currently seeking a Business Support Officer to join their team on a 12-month contract at RAF Coningsby. Key Responsibilities: Working within two different buildings and collaborating with two different teams Performing a varied range of administrative tasks Providing administrative support for coursework for students Updating the workforce manager system Job Requirements: Core administrative skills Strong Customer Service skills An NVQ qualification is preferable, although relevant work experience is highly valued Ability to obtain Full SC security clearance before starting Additional Information: Hybrid work arrangements: 5 days a week, potentially reducing to 4 days a week Role is inside IR35 Full SC security clearance required (UK eyes only) SC UK Eyes Only This role will require the person to hold full Security Clearance (SC) prior to working on-site. You will need to obtain a BPSS check as part of this process. You must currently hold or be eligible and willing to obtain SC. In addition, this role involves direct and/or indirect access to Caveat Material which means there are restrictions on nationalities.
