Overview
Senior Care Assistant at HC-One. Day Shift and Night Shift available, on a 3 on 3 off rotation.
Responsibilities
* Lead a team of Care Assistants and maintain the highest standards of care.
* Plan and implement personalised care to give residents security, dignity, and independence.
* Know residents and families to deliver truly personalised care plans.
* Provide essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities.
* Assist the Registered Nurse and Care Manager; administer medication as required.
* Maintain accurate records of care and build strong team relationships.
Qualifications
* Ideally, Level 2 Diploma/SNVQ in Adult Care and prepared to work towards Level 3 or equivalent.
* Background in person-centred care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia.
* Brilliant positive energy, ability to get along with people, good record keeping, time management, and kindness in communication.
