Precision Marketing Services is evolving fast — expanding beyond traditional direct mail into data-driven digital, hybrid and subscription-based marketing solutions. We’re looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager who wants to be at the centre of that evolution, helping to tell our story, generate demand and fuel growth.

The Opportunity
As Marketing & Communications Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving awareness, demand and engagement across Precision’s Marketing Services division.
Initially focused on Marketing Services, you’ll plan, deliver and continuously improve marketing activity that supports sales, launches new propositions and clearly positions Precision in a competitive, fast-moving market.
Success will be measured where it matters: leads generated, enquiries converted, engagement increased and commercial impact delivered .
What You’ll Be Doing
Campaigns That Drive Growth
You’ll plan and deliver coordinated marketing campaigns that promote Precision’s services and generate qualified demand.
* Working with our team of designers and digital marketing experts.
* Design and run multi-channel campaigns across print, web, search, email, social, content and events
* Turn complex propositions into clear, compelling stories
* Create and commission content: blogs, landing pages, email copy, social posts, infographics
* Track performance obsessively — and optimise relentlessly
This is a doer role, not a slide-deck role.
Website & Content Ownership
You’ll own the content strategy for Precision Marketing Services online.
* Plan and deliver website content that is clear, commercial and conversion-focused
* Optimise for search and emerging AI-driven discovery
* Work with internal teams and external partners to keep content fresh, relevant and effectiveEnsure the website actively supports enquiry capture and sales conversation
Sales Funnel & Enquiry Generation
Marketing here exists to support sales, not sit alongside it.
* Generate high-quality enquiries that sales teams want to follow up
* Ensure lead workflows are tracked, measured and refined
* Report on funnel performance and campaign effectiveness
* Use insight to continuously improve targeting, messaging and conversion
Positioning, Brand & Profile
You’ll help bring clarity and consistency to how Precision presents itself to the market.
* Ensure consistency across website, proposals, sales decks and external communications
* Develop brand guidelines, templates and simple training materials
* Support PR activity, awards submissions and profile-building initiatives
* Help plan and deliver internal and external events
What We’re Looking For
* 2–5 years’ experience in a marketing role with real campaign ownership
* Strong understanding of digital channels and performance analytics
* Proven experience delivering lead-generation campaigns with measurable KPIs
* Confident, engaging copywriting and content creation skills
* Ability to juggle multiple projects without losing momentum
* Comfortable using CRM systems, email platforms, analytics and paid media tools
* Solid understanding of GDPR and data compliance in marketing
Desirable (Nice to Have)
* Marketing degree or equivalent professional experience
* Experience in a marketing services, agency or multi-brand environment
* Experience working as a standalone or highly autonomous marketer
* Basic design skills or strong creative briefing capability.

The Practical Stuff

Working hours: Full time
Salary: £38,000 per annum
