You’ll lead a team of Team Leaders and Help Desk Operators, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, excellent customer service, and efficient administrative processes. From managing accommodation contracts and guest bookings to supporting student arrivals and events, your work will directly impact the wellbeing and satisfaction of our diverse student community. You’ll also collaborate with colleagues across Estates and Campus Services to support conferences, commercial bookings, and the delivery of a vibrant residential life programme. This is a hands-on, people-focused role that requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for service excellence. You’ll be based across our two main accommodation sites—The City and The Village—where you’ll help maintain a welcoming, safe, and supportive environment for students, guests, and staff alike. About you You’ll bring experience in customer service, administration, and team supervision—ideally within a residential, hospitality, or higher education setting. You’ll be confident managing multiple priorities, leading a team, and using systems to support bookings, reporting, and service delivery. Your communication skills will be key, as you’ll liaise with students, staff, and external partners to ensure a seamless experience for all. You’ll be someone who thrives in a busy, people-facing environment and is committed to creating a positive and inclusive community. If you’re proactive, organised, and passionate about supporting students and delivering operational excellence, we’d love to hear from you.
