Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM

About the Role
Long Term Futures are collaborating with a "Good" Ofsted-rated primary school in Nottingham to recruit a dynamic PE Teaching Assistant. This role focuses on supporting the delivery of high-quality physical education while also offering personalised assistance to pupils, including those with special educational needs. You'll help foster a love for sport, teamwork, and physical wellbeing in a structured and inclusive environment. This position is long-term and may lead to a permanent offer.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in delivering engaging PE lessons and promoting active participation.
* Provide tailored support for SEN pupils in both classroom and sporting settings.
* Encourage teamwork, confidence, and healthy habits through sport.
* Track pupil development and relay feedback to the wider teaching team and families.
What We're Looking For
* A Level 2 PESSPA or equivalent qualification.
* Previous experience supporting children in a school or sports environment.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate young learners.
* A passion for inclusive physical education and pupil development.
