This role would suit someone who enjoys meeting and greeting visitors, is confident handling telephone enquiries, and takes pride in keeping an office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing the main switchboard, answering incoming calls and directing them appropriately
* Diary management using Outlook
* Preparing meeting rooms for internal and external meetings
* Greeting visitors and providing refreshments
* Assisting with general facilities coordination
* Ordering and maintaining office stationery supplies
* Handling incoming and outgoing emails
* Providing administrative support to the wider team
* Carrying out general ad hoc office duties as required
* Sending quotes to clients

* Confident and professional telephone manner
* Strong organisational skills
* Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook and general office systems
* Proactive, reliable and well-presented
* Able to multitask in a busy environment
