Working for a Global leader within the FMCG industry in Wolverhamtpon WV9 area, We are recruiting for a time served Stores Administrator who will be responsible for maintaining store inventory and supporting Maintenance team.
Key duties will include:
1. Ordering and re-ordering of goods and services to support plant operations
2. Replenishment of stocked items in the sites’ engineering stores
3. Issuing of materials
4. Control of repair assets going off-site
5. Maintenance of the integrity of the data in the SAP system
6. Familiarisation with and management of the purchasing, work order, and inventory modules within SAP
7. Updating orders on Maximo
8. Cycle counting/stock checking of stocked goods in the various store locations
9. To adhere to local Purchasing and Stores Management procedures
Ideal Candidate will possess:
10. Experience in an engineering stores environment
11. A demonstrated understanding of the principles of Stores / Inventory management
12. Strong IT skills
13. Experience independently making decisions regarding planning, organizing, and scheduling of more complex administrative support.
14. Experience with the SAP (desirable but not essential)
15. Familiarity with process plant environment, and with maintenance processes, activities, goods, and services of the environment

Hours of work:
Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm
Pay: £25 000 per annum
