We are working with a market‑leading national law firm who are seeking an Associate Solicitor to join their Restructuring & Insolvency team within their Edinburgh office.
The Role
The successful candidate will join an esteemed Insolvency practice, advising the firm’s highly regarded client base on all aspects of restructuring and insolvency. The candidate’s duties will encompass key financing instruments, such as administration, bank loans, high‑yield debt, and intercreditor arrangements. The candidate will play a key leadership role within the team, facilitating the growth and development of junior members through supervision, training, and mentoring. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to participate in business development initiatives while managing client relationships.
Key Requirements
* 3+ PQE
* Strong background in insolvency and restructuring within a medium to large commercial firm
* Ability to demonstrate strong commercial awareness
* Outstanding academics
* Technically excellent
