Our expert heat transfer team provides workshop and onsite repairs, cleaning, and performance optimisation to enhance asset efficiency, reduce downtime, and extend the life of our customers critical equipment. Whether for emergency repairs or proactive maintenance, our team supports safe, reliable, and sustainable operations across energy and industrial sectors.\n\nKey tasks will include but are not limited to:\n- Carry out fabrication on pipework as per engineering drawings with tight tolerances\n- Stripping and re-assembling of heat exchangers and pipework for maintenance\n- Carry out welding to X-Ray, MPI, DPI and UT standards\n- To use a variety of welding methods - TIG, MIG, MMA and SAW\n- Ensure all Company welding logs are completed in line with procedure During your apprenticeship with Glacier Energy, you will develop the following core skills:\n- teamwork\n- problem solving\n- communication\n- ICT\n- numeracy There no formal qualification requirements set for this job role, however, candidates will be required to sit Tullos Training's Aptitude Test following the closing date.
